MODERN SLAVERY POLICY

PURPOSE

Introtech Solutions is committed to eradicating modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking in all areas of our business. Our policy reflects our commitment to ethical and transparent practices, in line with local and international regulations including principles defined by the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

SCOPE

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders working with or on behalf of Introtech Solutions. We expect all those associated with our operations, including within our supply chains, to share in our commitment to combatting modern slavery.

OUR COMMITMENT

Introtech Solutions is dedicated to the following principles to prevent modern slavery and promote ethical standards:

  • We enforce a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, and exploitation in any form within our business or supply chain.
  • We aim to engage only with suppliers and partners who uphold ethical labor practices. Due diligence is conducted to assess the potential risks of modern slavery within our supply chain, and we may request relevant certifications from suppliers to ensure compliance.
  • Training is provided to employees to recognize and report any instances of modern slavery and human trafficking. This empowers our team to act responsibly and identify unethical practices.
  • Regular assessments are conducted across our business and supply chains to identify and address risks related to modern slavery, ensuring corrective measures are taken as needed.

REPORTING AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Employees and third parties are encouraged to report any suspicions of modern slavery or unethical practices confidentially. Introtech Solutions will investigate all reports thoroughly, taking prompt corrective actions where necessary, and providing protection to whistleblowers against retaliation.

COMPLIANCE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We annually review and improve our policies and practices to address modern slavery risks. Introtech Solutions remains dedicated to enhancing our understanding of modern slavery risks, adapting our processes to support ethical practices, and complying with relevant laws and regulations.
