Purpose
Introtech Solutions is committed to reducing its environmental impact by integrating sustainable practices throughout our operations. This policy outlines actions to minimize our carbon footprint through responsible resource management, energy conservation, and waste reduction.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders within Introtech Solutions, addressing practices related to the office use of laptops, air conditioning (AC), lighting, and other electronic equipment.
Our Commitment
Introtech Solutions is dedicated to:
- To optimize energy consumption by activating energy-saving modes on laptops, powering down devices when not in use, and using power strips to easily turn off equipment after hours. Set AC units to energy-efficient temperatures (26°C), turn off units in unoccupied areas, switch to LED bulbs, and ensure lights are turned off after business hours.
- To focus on reducing our environmental impact by prioritizing digital documentation.
Responsibilities
Management is responsible for providing resources for energy-efficient equipment and ensuring compliance with environmental policies, while employees are expected to adopt resource-efficient practices, participate in recycling, and suggest additional ways to support the company’s environmental goals.
Policy Review and Communication
This policy will be reviewed annually, with updates communicated to all employees to support continuous environmental improvement efforts.
