CHILD LABOUR POLICY

PURPOSE

Introtech Solutions is committed to ethical business practices and fully opposes child labor. We ensure that our operations, partnerships, and supply chain activities comply with local and international standards on child labor.

SCOPE

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers and business associates of Introtech Solutions, requiring compliance across all operations, partnerships and supply chains to prevent child labor in any form.

OUR COMMITMENT

  • Introtech Solutions strictly prohibits the employment of individuals under the legal working age. We require valid age verification from all candidates before onboarding and expect all suppliers, contractors, and partners to uphold this zero-tolerance policy against child labor. To ensure compliance, Introtech reserves the right to audit, assess, or terminate contracts with any party found in violation of this policy.
  • Management and supervisors enforce this policy through regular reviews, while all employees, suppliers, and partners must comply and report any child labor incidents within Introtech Solutions or its supply chain.
  • We provide continuous training to employees on the risks of child labor and the standards outlined in this policy. This policy is accessible to all employees, suppliers, and business partners through internal communications and our company website.

REPORTING AND ACCOUNTABILITY

At Introtech Solutions, we are committed to maintaining a secure and confidential reporting system for child labor concerns. Employees, suppliers, and third parties are encouraged to report issues directly to management, with full protection against retaliation for those acting in good faith.

COMPLIANCE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We annually review and improve our policies and practices to address child labor risks. Introtech Solutions is committed to deepening our understanding of these risks, adapting our processes to support ethical practices, and ensuring compliance with all relevant child labor laws and regulations.
